I`m guessing you took this training class because you are trying to get your NYS pistol permit???? From what i understood, nobody in upstate NY that already has a CCW, does not have to take this training class. Am i correct, yes/no?I took my class at PS & ED in LaFayette. $340.00. Give him (Matt Mallory) a call and see if he is good to go for Oneida County. He does travel to instruct as well.

So if someone was carrying in Oneida County and got told no (assuming not breaking more than 2 laws at the same time (LOL), they could whip out their phone and show them that page. Would that count as the "law"?

I believe there is a statute that voids a law that is too confusing for the average person to understand... We almost need an attorney on speed dial to clarify where we stand with the law at any given moment. Folks need to acknowledge not everyone knows all this lawyer speak 100% of the time....

If the court has issued a “ stay” on the law , yes, you would inform the officer, who would verify it. That would be “ the law” until the stay was overturned or made permanent.
Cop’s experience something similar occasionally with warrants and order of protections. The person took care of the warrant or had the order of protection amended but the new info hadn’t been imputed into computer yet.
They just have to verify it.

The end game is very simple to see. Bankrupt gun owners & businesses into submission, by passing more and more unconstitutional laws, while they use YOUR TAX DOLLARS to fight YOU, in THEIR courts. They`ll wait for C Thomas to retire from the bench. They will install their anti-american judge`s to the SC. They will continue to pack the courts with more anti-american justices.
In the mean time, NY is just going to keep ignoring the constitution and its people, and continue passing more BS laws against us all. NY is the shining star to full blown communism. Other states will follow NY`s lead.
Remember the 1960`s hippies? The ones we were all warned about?, yet most people ignored them, thinking they were going to just go away. Well, they are the freaks running the country today. Now, take a look at all those indoctrinated youth coming up (you know, the ones who their parents ignored and didnt give a sh!t what their kid was being taught). They will be in control of the country, next. That should scare the hell out of every one of you.

This seems to be important to them (In re World Trade Center), enough to include it in a one-page ruling. Does anyone have any ideas on this?
They seem to consider it important enough to mention in each ruling. What makes that case unique (In re WTC) is that many of the plaintiffs were running out of time due to medical reasons, and the public interest lay with having these victims at least see their families taken care of before they passed.

This judge needs to read the Bruen decision. He is using tiers of scrutiny which the Supreme Court in Bruen said this could no longer be used in 2A cases. There needs to be consequences for judges as well as legislators ignoring the Supreme Court
Loss of job and pension and a swift kick in the nuts works for me.

I agree totally brother. I've been legally carrying 24/7 for 33 years prior to Bruen with ZERO issues. Now, post Bruen, I basically can't legally carry anywhere except for Tractor Supply....
