Maybe politicians should be held to account. If you sponsor or sign a law later deemed unconstitutional, the politician involved is personally liable for the damages and never again allowed to run for office or hold professional licenses again

There are ways to hold them accountable, and it is apparently ok as far as the Democrats go. After all, they were calling for that kind of "accountability" all through 2020.
On the other hand, I would absolutely vote for the person who runs on a platform of enforcing laws, especially against politicians who have broken them!

The plastic permit now says..

Broome is not "rolling them over". They are requiring the 16 hour course to remove restrictions.
What the permit says is irrelevant to their status.

Is there a timeline we can expect a decision from the 2nd Circuit?
I believe we're still waiting for a "special panel" to meet on the very first TRO that was stayed. They were supposed to "expedite" that panel, yet here we are like 2-3 months later and nothing. It's all a joke and a game. They will delay as long as they can. It's a win/win for them. They get what they want, meaning the law is on the books because the stay in in place, but also the final ruling wasn't made so we cannot appeal it to Supreme Court. So they've got us stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Guys, remember that most of this CCIA nonsense is temporary. It will get struck down. It might take another year. It’s like other civil rights movements. It can take time and some set backs .
In the meantime, use the loopholes given. I tend to be well reversed in these laws compared to most LE and this new law can be confusing as to when and what is legal for certain people .
What is on duty security officer ? And his area of employment? When are they on duty?
Get an armed security guard license because the above questions can be different for different security jobs. How is that cop to know?
Give that cop a reason to explain why he didn’t enforce that sensitive or restricted area stuff. Don’t believe that the security guard license could save you?
I remember a news story of photographer who got caught carrying a gun when he was there to do the student photos. He didn’t get arrested because he had a work contract with the school( the law has changed since then) . The police were confused if the law applied to him or not.
A armed security guard license is a pain to get but it might be worth it.

They made a decision on the stay. If they don't move on this, then appeal the stay itself to the Supreme Court.
you cannot have a roadblock on justice. If they don't do anything they admit there is no justice, no rule of Law, and no reason to listen to them any longer.
The system is breaking down so quickly now. It won't be long, certainly in my lifetime, when people just give up trying it "the right way".
Corrupt judges, kangaroo courts, bought-and-paid-for politicians.

Check your recert date as they seem to have updated them in their system. Mine now says 2023 instead of 2025. Just thought some might care.
