A while before the CCIA was passed, people talked about the new laws they feared would be forced through if we “won” the Bruen case. He mocked those opinions mercilessly by calling those people “smooth brained” and laughed repeatedly about “Safe Act 2,” and how it would never happen. He crawled into his hole and disappeared from here right after the CCIA was voted into exiteance. He battled relentlessly with anyone on Reddit that didn’t 100% agree with him on any topic, until he finally got dogpiled and the internet got sick of that little bitch and he took his crumpled ball and went home, back under his sad little sagging bridge. Or so I heard. :beer:

I believe this ruling was only in regards to the preliminary injunction that had been granted at one or more lower courts.
It was also only the 3 "judge" panel, not the full en banc.
So I guess, before S.C., it would have to go to the en banc. THEN it can be brought to the S.C., who will likely toss it back down saying "wait for the full ruling", thus allowing the 2nd circus to spend another couple years dragging their rather large and infringing asses. And, very likely by then, one or more constitutionalists on the S.C. will die or retire (with killary's help, most likely) and the S.C. will be jam packed with liberal sludge-brains and the Constitution will become a footnote of history.
If not by 2024, I almost expect that a civil war will begin in 2025. The 4th Reich is practically salivating at the prospect.

CCIA §265.01-e(2)(c) prohibiting carry in places of worship is struck down for now (2nd District Court of Appeals affirmed the preliminary injunction against this) as a result of ruling on this item in the Spencer case (see page 170 of the decision). I started carrying to stores yesterday and will carry in church starting tomorrow.

I started carrying to stores yesterday and will carry in church starting tomorrow.

Yes and No. It pisses us all off, but I'm glad that these challenges are making it up the chain while the Bruen decision is pretty fresh. Personally, my county did not approve any concealed carry licenses before Bruen unless you were a cop, a judge, a lawyer, a politician, an armed security guard, a celebrity or a friend of the judge or sheriff. The rest of us had no concealed carry. With Bruen, I can carry concealed and with this injunction, I can carry in a lot more places. But who knows how long before that becomes permanent.

That should go without saying anytime you strap up regardless of carry laws . If I need to draw my gun, shit has gone very wrong and Im willing to deal with the aftermath later , at least I will be around to deal with it later .

I'm a firm believer that what NYS did with not allowing gun owners to have self defense insurance is a crock.

That's like them saying no to auto insurance.

First thing I'm going to do when I leave this state is get insurance in case something tragic happens.

USCCA wont help unless its a slam dunk SD shooting , but they still may say no like any other insurance company ..

Yep, grocery shopping yesterday. Few weeks ago I cut a small void at the front/bottom of the watch pocket in a couple of pairs of jeans. Just split the threads so about 1 inch of barrel is in the main pocket. Perfect fit for the little Ruger LCP Max .380, almost like the watch pocket was made for the little Ruger. Location/fit is so unintrusive I have to remember it's there.
