Progressive-pillow entrepreneur David Hogg slept through the first step of creating a business.

Good Pillow got off to a nightmare start this week, as multiple news outlets reported that the gun control activist apparently didn’t trademark his company’s name.

Now the moniker “Good Pillow” belongs to someone who is neither Mr. Hogg nor his announced business partner, tech entrepreneur William LeGate.

“According to the trademark application, ‘Good pillow’ was being registered for a ‘custom-built pillow,’ to use the mark in commerce or in connection with identified goods and services,” the website Meaww reported.

“The application is now waiting to be assigned to an examining attorney approximately three months after the filing date, which will take place in May 2021. The image registered with the application does not match the logo on Hogg’s and LeGate’s Good Pillow website. At the time of reporting, no other applications for the name have been filed under either Hogg’s or LeGate’s name,” Meaww wrote.

Mr. Hogg and Mr. LeGate announced their plans to start Good Pillow in early February, specifically to drive out of business conservative entrepreneur Mike Lindell and his MyPillow brand of bedware.

“[We] are going to prove that progressives can make a better pillow, run a better business and help make the world a better place while doing it,” Mr. Hogg wrote at the time.

The pair haven’t yet produced any pillows or bedware.

Why do they keep referring to him as a survivor? He wasnt even there that day.By his own admission he was home when he heard about the shooting and rode his bike there to cover the story for the school newspaper.

I was there minutes after the second collapse,I got trapped for about a half hour with another cop when a wall collapsed on us under the bookstore Borders.We were standing in the doorway of 7 WTC when a fire capt came running telling us to get the fuck out, the building was gonna come down.We ran east and the building fell west,thankfully missing us.I dont consider myself a "survivor" of any sort,I was just a guy there doing what we could.Fuck this little piece of shit hogg.If he was actually at the school he would have shit his pants and probably still be a babbling mess if he was there.

I remember when he said he wanted a union shop to make them.

Last I checked, the logos and photos on their website were from a polish "generic" pillow company that sources their materials out of Asia, and sticks whatever brand you want on the result, lol.

I was across the river in NJ working for a friend building a playground in the park.
We noticed the first building smoking and asked a local guy if that was normal....he said, "I dont think so". Just then we watched the second building get hit.
We immediately went to out motel room, got our stuff and left for home. The city was in panic. It took us hours to get out of the area because we were in a big box truck and were stopped and searched....illegally.....3 times. Once buy NYSP and 2 times by Marines.

We love them.....best pillow ive ever owned.
I honestly didnt believe there was much of a difference until we got them.
