I wouldn’t have too high of hopes. Remember permits and background checks are ok in their mind. I think the best we can hope for is providing a reduced amount of information. If they rule background checks are not constitutional I’d be surprised. Also they would then have to say ammo is protected by 2a and therefore it would lead to gun background checks being unconstitutional and I don’t see that happening.
