What’s to report ?Can we please get back to the matter at hand! This is a gun forum and we have a new member hunting deer with a .223 !!
I'm having a hard time not reporting this to the doughnut master..
Hunting large game with the. 223..What’s to report ?
You should see what a .222 Rem does when it blows up in a deers lungs .You don't want to blow out the lungs of the poor deer ...
Because that makes too much sense.9mm ammo sales needs to be looked at hard going to intercity locations with addresses of known prohibited persons and lack of a pistol permit.
Sorry PCC owners, but ask yourself first, is your address intercity and does your location have a prohibited person?
Instead of a secret denial system with no criteria listed for what they are checking, the idea of denying a person who has the gun for the ammo makes little sense or could they secretly using the denials to spur ERPOs.
Why don't they have a secure website where a person could enter their information and it kicks back a report on what was checked and end standing in line to get rejected?
This was my previous question: If one were denied a purchase, would they not be Flagged and the SP alerted to the denial? would this not be enough to apply for a search warrant? Keeping in mind that a prohibited person cannot have guns or ammunition, denial of either could constitute illegal possession of one, the other, or both.9mm ammo sales needs to be looked at hard going to intercity locations with addresses of known prohibited persons and lack of a pistol permit.

But that could lead to a paper trail that could be used in court against the State for violation of civil rights. If one were denied a purchase, would they not be Flagged and the SP alerted to the denial?
You’d think it would be grounds to send a cop there and arrest them if they can’t own or possess ammo. This was my previous question: If one were denied a purchase, would they not be Flagged and the SP alerted to the denial? would this not be enough to apply for a search warrant? I'd also like to remind the viewers that a Third-Party Company is being paid by the transferee to conduct the BGC and the information they are supplied may by, likely is flawed. But that could lead to a paper trail that could be used in court against the State for violation of civil rights.
By just denying it and moving on you have no way of proving WHY it was denied, and no ability to get that information.
This is just another way to keep people from arming themselves, with the added benefit of knowing who owns guns by virtue of who buys ammo (or tries to).
Yes, but I’ll never use itI was told this week by an FFL, the ammo system is a great way to find out if you are a prohibited person and they don't have the incriminating 4473.
Just go get it yourself out of state, fuck shipping to a NY FFL. Otherwise, you're still paying them and they know what and how many your buying!!!Fuuuuuuck NY!
Buy it outside NY and ship to your FFL...
Buy ammo outside NY, deny them the sales tax $...
May be small acts, but they'll add up if everyone participates.
Wait until they add a TAX stamp on the ammo boxes like cigarettes! Wait for it ... And the fines should you be caught with any absent the stamp! Or better yet, the purchase limits for the capacity of the firearm (10 rounds) 1x per month!
NY is and always will be MALFEASANT towards it's minions who just go along with the program!
They don't talk much about the non-compliance with the Safe Act... CCIA too! And they won't... They'll never release any stats about enforcement and efficacy regarding impacting it's so called intent (crime)... And why?
Because the laws were never designed to address CRIME! They only made law abiding folk violators! The CRIMINAL was already violating laws! So hey, let's enact some more unconstitutional laws to make it look like we are doing something. That's what they do!
So yeah, Fuck NY!
One reason why I'm uprooting my life and moved to a friendly (2A) State, that although it has problems, it has none that these scared if their own shadow progressives protest will happen should they take their collective foot off the throats of it's residents!
I was in my local gunshop this afternoon when a firearms instructor for the NYSP was denied when he wanted to buy a box of .308s. He was pissed!Because that makes too much sense.
I was in one of my LGS last week, and some poor sap ran into where they got delayed for like 2 days just to buy a few boxes of clay shot.
A right delayed is a right denied.
When ammo is outlawed only outlaws will have ammo.I was in my local gunshop this afternoon when a firearms instructor for the NYSP was denied when he wanted to buy a box of .308s. He was pissed!
Except this stage still puts you firmly within their control. They can still delay/deny you and then you have a gun sitting at the FFL rather than in your possession.Buy it outside NY and ship to your FFL...
There will be one or two left per county but this is what they want. They don’t want so and so to walk or drive by a gun shop and think well maybe I want a gun. Then they make it so hard to get a gun and ammo people will say forget it. It’s all about deterrence.I get it, I get it. But, I really feel for the FFL's and gun shops around the area. 4 within a 25 mile radius of where I live closed their doors this past year. I know some of these folks and for the most part they are really good hard working people. How long before there are none left in NYS?
Voting for change to oust the fuckers that make these laws is laughable. NY City makes my decisions for me and pretty much everyone else outside the metro.
State and government employees aren’t the problem it’s the politicians and staffer/lawyers. I know many state workers and they hate the crap that’s going on but if you’re halfway or closer to retirement it makes no sense to leave. Remember the government in NYS is the largest employer so it wouldn’t work well for the FFLs either.its been 1 year, 1 month, 22 days since I bought Ammo in NYS ..
If i remember correctly don't they ask for your employer and social media on the form LOL use it against them
F this state end every FFL that didn't put up a sign ..
