My neighbor is on the town board and I don't think he's smiled in at least a decade from the looks of it. Not going to start any problems there. They are on his property anyway, only entering mine to retrieve the wiffle balls. After all, it's just wiffle balls. They sound much worse than they...
We bought a house in November with a beautiful metal barn out back. Our neighbor runs a daycare adjacent to where the barn is located. First day that I stayed home: "WHAM!" "BANG!" "BOOM" I found out the kids use my barn as a back stop for batting practice. DAMN KIDS!!!
I've never had to fill out any kind of form for any age-restricted purchase. The ONLY time I've had to fill out any forms is at the pharmacy. And it's been at least a decade since I've had any kind of prescription medication. If NY was requiring this, they would be the first legal state to do so.
Maybe I'm missing something, but what is stopping someone from making an anonymous cash purchase? I have yet to see any evidence of a state database being established like there would be for medical users. I also don't see them tracking alcohol purchases.
Amazing you can be a belligerent...
The government is literally admitting to the existence of UFO's and other worldly technology and we are distracted by a geriatric yelling about double barrelled shotguns and a virus with a higher survival rate than using the toilet.
I feel like at this point any reasonable person defending the...
Off-topic and possibly a dumb question but: Can't you just legally FTF transfer the weapon to your uncle in TX? As long as the transaction occurs in TX?
The reason it has remained relatively untouched for a long time is because most have always respected the sanctity and autonomy of the judicial branch. Appointments were never meant to be a political thing. I think the founding fathers intended the number of justices to be nothing more than an...
'member when folks on here actually thought his career was over due to the sexual harassment scandals?

Andy is laughing all the way to the bank... He's more popular than ever with most of my liberal customers.
You know when they make it a point to say he did not possess a valid New York State permit, that he had an out of state permit, and the road pirates are harassing yet another law-abiding citizen.
I did not check out the links yet but I'm well aware of agenda 21. I agree it's pretty wild how things are lining up. I have to take a step back sometimes. It's a little overwhelming.
So you admit the orders were contradictory, unclear, and unreasonable. You also admit that by following his contradictory orders, it is plausible that it could have led to his death (reaching for a seatbelt release).
And you still think this guy should have somehow "listened better" and that...
The reality is that any reasonable person believes that LEO's should act reasonably. These officers were unreasonable. Pretty much everyone here agrees on that. I have no problem following an officer's directions and sorting the details out later. The problem begins when the commands aren't...
Was mostly sarcastic but I do believe that unless you chose to live in an HOA, the gov't has no business telling you what to do on your own property.
I think the federal "pots" they use to incentivize states and localities to do or act a certain way are terrible, as this program does.
"Take the guns first, go through due process second. I like taking the guns early..." -Joe Biden
Oh wait!!!!
Honestly the only thing Biden did that sets him apart from Trump was nominating that child-killer David Chipman to BATFE. I feel like that did a +1 on Trump.
I think it will be lackluster. The only thing we will get is likely some directives to the ATF to start reclassifying. It will open up the door to more federal challenges. This could potentially backfire on him as it might force SCOTUS to take up 2A.
How is the government going to control something that is inherently spooky AND untraceable?

Between the reparations Warren recently announced and more of this immigrant-welfare, I'm not sure how much longer I can stand to be in this state.
It's between not paying my taxes or leaving at this point.
That's hilarious. She might actually be the last person to ever get a simple possession charge in NY. But she had a gun so that makes her a bad person.
A NY resident can carry openly or concealed, with or without a permit in WV.
We go down every year for the Hatfield-Mccoy trails and whoever I talked to at the SP office several years ago advised me NOT to come without a firearm. Lots of sketchy characters in Appalachia.
I thought you were going to tell us he was charged with 5 felonies and the rioter that maced him was given an award. Instead you gave us relatively good news.
My jaw may have dislocated from dropping so hard. I honestly can't believe what I'm seeing.
They allow the criminal vandalism and menacing from the rioters but as soon as the dude pulls out a firearm (not even in a ready position) he gets put to the ground and handcuffed? What about the rioters...
Disabling your VSS will not brick an electronically controlled A/T. There are usually 2-3 speed sensors inside the trans that control shift points now with WSS at each wheel giving you speedo readings and odometer measurements.
