I think one of the only compelling reasons I've heard is the ability to pull the trigger again and fire after a dud round.
Oh and what GOPerfect mentioned: a heavy hitting round in a subcompact.
I changed my vote to the pistol build. I think the 14.5" bbl overlaps too much with what you already have, and an SPR is going to be significantly more expensive than the other choices.
I think it's a cool round, I'm just not impressed with the subsonics performance. The gel tests for the supersonics look really great. I'm no expert but the high quality supersonic defense ammo for .300 BLK look like some of the most efficient rounds I've ever seen in terms of power to terminal...
I think it may be ruled that since they payed taxes separately on the parcel, they have the right to sell it separately, and that the regulations that combined the parcels is infringing on their property rights.
On your article, it's interesting. I don't think we need to be as concerned in the...
Thanks you! Yeah, I wanted to put this out there since there's not a lot of reviews about them, so they're easy to overlook. Good to hear that about DD's service. I enjoyed reading your DD AR thread as well!
Yeah, that's a common choice and you can't argue with the performance but I don't know if I'd be comfortable with the noise level. A couple shots indoor and it seems like you would lose all hearing awareness. Although maybe a PCC wouldn't be much better? I've never tried either indoors.
Would you feel confident that the 4.6 caliber would stop a person fast enough? The body armor is part of the guessing game. The bad guys probably won't be wearing it, but they might!
I'm thinking maybe an AR15 SBR in 6.8 or a PCC that I haven't decided the type yet. I think going with two pistols is shorting yourself. As a backup I'll do a Tokarev, lol.
Here's the hypothetical:
You need to enter a building which will consist mostly of small to medium rooms and tight hallways where you will probably encounter a few bad guys who aren't expecting you. Maybe you're rescuing someone (maybe you're Liam Neeson in 'Taken'?) . You can assume the walls...
Funny thing, thanks for asking Acer, I was actually mistaken about the fit. I guess I had used an armorer's wrench as it was designed to remove the barrel nut. I thought I had improvised, but that actually seems like how it was made to work. I'll post some pics of the handguard setup and correct...
Intro:
Here's a mini-review of my AR upper and experience from Hardened Arms (this will be a casual review, I am not an expert). The reason for this review is to help fill the void on the internet of customer experience with Hardened Arms. In doing my research I could only find a few opinions of...
Looking around I never saw any 'quality' clips, they all look like cheap pieces of metal. But mine work fine. I just had to bend the spring tension parts a little on them since they were holding the rounds too tight.
Maybe there are some better ones out there, though.
Sorry, I can't quite remember. I just looked around for the best price and the ones I found said they specifically would fit Russian and Yugo rifles in the description.
I just ordered some from online. Just make sure to look at a review or two to make sure they'll fit. For some of the chinese clips the dimensions won't fit Russo/Yugo rifles.
