LOL YEAH RIGHT.
Not only would that not hold up in court, he'd have nearly ever CCW holder in the state knocking on his door. Not in a friendly way either.
That's not what he's referring to. He's talking about people pulling off of the side of the road to send a message. Sitting at a green light rather than going could probably get you a number of tickets, especially if you're on your phone.
Of course the same issue applies if the guy stalls his...
I wasn't familiar with this story so I googled the name and went "That's one ugly broad" then I read the wikipedia article and it became suddenly clear LOL
Family. :shivers:
You're alright guy, just don't be so triggered. Stereotyping is fast, and usually right. Don't forget, if it's stupid and works, it ain't stupid. ;)
I guess I fall into the "millenial" category. I'd also probably be just fine. Lol. Sometimes I can't help but think it wouldn't be a terrible thing. Thin the herd a little.
Imagine the vegans in the winter?
This definitely won't be that fancy. Knife making was the spark that prompted me to start this project but a belt grinder is a tool I've always wanted so knives won't be its sole purpose. I may make a more refined one in the future though
Testing out motor placement. None of the pulleys are ready to be Tightened down, I have to get everything aligned still but everything is coming together nicely!
I just realized when I pulled the 1.5x1.5 tube for the platen out, and put it back in I forgot to clock out correctly. Now I have to...
They're not going where the freedom is they're going where the jobs are. Two rpi graduates and close friends of mine took their engineering degrees to Texas. Not because they cared about any sort of freedom, but because they got awesome job offers and away they went.
LOL. Like there's a lot of 22 year old kids looking to buy homes when they've got their fancy new 100k dollar debt from school.
I won't qualify either. About to be 27, 7 years removed from school.
I'm not disagreeing with you on what the 2nd guarantees. I'm disagreeing with you on what that means in this state. What it means in this state is squat.
"judges don't create law, and if they attach arbitrary rulings to the process can and should be challenged and absent extenuating...
If he does it is such a good opportunity to kick her out of public service forever though. Seriously. That would be great.
I use the term "service" loosely.
Your attitude pretty clearly outlines the fact that you think you deserve a permit just because you applied for one, and I am sure you believe the 2nd guarantees you that right.
The reality is that in NY neither is true. I've got my unrestricted, and my advice to anyone looking to get theirs is...
I think you're confusing NY, a MAY issue state with a SHALL issue state.
Matter of Falcone v O'Connor
'Respondent did not abuse her discretion in denying petitioner's application for a pistol permit. A licensing official "is vested with considerable discretion in ruling on a permit...
I haven't been able to work on this at all. Someone has their RV/camper in our shop and it's pretty tight in there, and I don't really like working on things when other people are around. Hopefully I'll be able to focus on this over the weekend.
I did pick up all of my hardware and some more...
I'm not saying that you're not knowledgeable about getting full carry, I'd say you're vastly more knowledgeable than I am on that subject. I'm just saying that maybe the reasons aren't exactly the reason you're suggesting. You can't box a judge into doing something they don't want to. By saying...
The problem with that is you're playing legal chess with a judge. Whether the judge is liberal or not they're 100% going to know more about the law than you and they're not going to get backed into a corner in any circumstance. They're a judge for a reason. My perception of the process changed...
Yeah.. and I wouldn't suggest putting "all lawful purposes" on your permit either, which is always recommended. The judge literally laughed when she asked me about it lol. So I laughed too.
I did end up with unrestricted though, so..
Oh that doesn't matter to the vegan ultraliberals. I was told there is no humane way to kill an animal and that eating game meat isn't any better than grocery store meat.
