I think that's just semantics. They likely could've called it either one. Maybe instead of muddying the waters with yet another 19 variant, update the 43 which is seemingly getting long in the tooth.
I always make a point to leave a good amount of space at stops between my car and the one in front, but if an asshole stops short, you may be left with no choice. My car's got some cajones (WRX) but it ain't pushing anything out of the way.
The grip on that is way too wide for its length. I know you swear by it, but for me (and i may be alone here), it really felt like i was trying to grip a 4" long 2x4. The 365's grip to me was a bit too small circumference wise, so a slightly enlarged 43 may be dead nuts.
I've often wondered about an incident like this. What if you're accosted like this, you have no means to escape cuz you're blocked in from the vehicle behind you and some pos is aggressively approaching your vehicle with obvious intentions. I personally would want to get out of my vehicle away...
One of you bastards posted a black Friday shootsteel special so i have whomever it was to blame for this. Got 30% and free shipping On the 6 plate rack and large silhouette target. Ended up saving $160. Thanx are in order i guess.
One of the biggest reasons I even looked at it is because of the paddle release. I love it on my pistols that have it. With my small hands i don't have to move the gun in my hand at all to actuate it. The lever is alot smaller than the VP9, P30, and PPQ but it works. The trigger on it is the...
It was neat. And i was thinking the same thing about how pathetic it is that we even have to address this crap.
One of the scenarios was that we were in a classroom while an active shooting situation started and we had to prevent him from getting into our unlocked room. Our room was the only...
I would but many places, Buds included won't do that. Buds actually had the thing in stock for a few months but i sat on it cuz i didn't get the proceeds yet from the new PPQ M2 that i "sold" in a previous thread, but they've since sold out of it and haven't gotten it back in stock.
It's not the mags that are difficult to find, its the gun shipped WITH the 10 round magazines. Guns with the 15 rounders can be found all day as can the separate 10 round magazines. Thanks for looking though.
Talked to the ffl today, he said just order the 15 round version and he'll give it to...
I totally understand your argument. Are they to read your mind?
In any case i would never ask him to do this even in the most remote chance that something untoward would happen.
I'd be fine with him buying it for me as a gift. Cheapskate hasn't gotten me a birthday present in years. Plus, Christmas is coming up. I really just thought that straw purchases were when you buy it for someone who can't legally have it. I'll probably just try to see if my ffl will order it...
Holy crapola. Wouldn't want to open up a whole can of worms like that. So if he buys a gun, keeps it for a couple months, doesn't like it and then sells it, It's a straw purchase?
I don't need it right away, just thought this could be a viable way of doing it.
So, I've got a question. A buddy of mine for over 30 years is a police officer in another state. I want to buy a gun that isn't available anywhere with 10 round mags. Could he buy the model with the usual 15 round mags and then sell me the gun without the mags by sending it to an ffl here? That...
Do it. I love mine on my Glock 43. Whatever people say about the utility of a laser, it does make quick shots on target immensely easier. Just my :2cents:
Yesterday, students didn't have school cuz the teachers got to role play active shooter situations. It was an eye opening experience for all. It started with general things you can expect throughout the ordeal, then delved into actual scenarios where we had to react to certain situations and...
Gotcha. I'll check into mine. I'm sure it was manufactured before 2014. Never had problems though. Mine just won't cycle low velocity practice loads, but neither will my buddies M4.
I notice that i experience the same thing when i get into a string of rapid shots. S&W always touts that their grip angle is a "natural" one but i haven't had the opportunity to shoot one yet.
Wait. So you applied in May 2017 and your references haven't even been called yet?! You WILL be winning the longest wait for your CCW permit contest. Even with the child support delay, that is unforgivable.
I tried to keep track of shots that i heard today. I counted each individual shot and quick bursts of shots as one. I counted about sixty two from sun up to sundown. I wish i knew what percentage of those were successful. I just kept thinking, " Jesus. There's none left"
Got tags, blind up, seat in, lures out, new Winchester cleaned and oiled, descented everything, alarm set for 5:30... but i forgot to tap the button for it to go off on Saturday. Super.
Got out there just before 7. First shot i heard was at 7:07. Then barrages of them for the next 15 minutes...
This is the tracking notification i got for Monday. I assume the exception is for the holiday? I hope. Not sure what 'local delivery restriction' means.
Says they will try again today.

Delivery exception
Local delivery restriction - Delivery not...
Idiot must've bragged a bit too much. Not to mention he had his guns all over the place. I have two guns waiting for me at that FFL. He's a great guy and hate to see him dragged into this. No wonder my SXP couldn't be delivered Monday.
Buffalo Man Charged With Possession Of A Machinegun
I don't feel bad about trying to instill some patriotism in kids who simply want to emulate the overpaid, undereducated dopes in big league sports they watch, especially when they get all they know from the MSM and for the most part have no other point of view.
Happened to my wife tonight too. I assume it was cuz i filled out the change of address form using my name but applied it to both of us from the old address to the new one using the recommended "family" option.
I actually added that last part knowing you would be the one to comment on it.
So, i will continue with that attitude, and even then it wouldn't have anywhere near the amount of self righteousness as you routinely convey.
When the whole taking a knee bullshit started, i remember a couple little shits attempted to kneel during the pledge in my homeroom. I snapped at them to stand up and not to even think about it. I could tell by their response that they've likely never been addressed in that manner. Likely why...
Picked it up yesterday if you wanna get technical. Nothing spectacular but it was only $400 used. Its never been fired. This is my second 43. She's going to Wilson Combat to get all gussied up. I'll post pics when i get it back.
Holy zombie thread, lol.
Didn't know you could use the Mantis X with live ammo. Just thought it was a dry fire thing. Amazing the electronics can deal with that.
