The smash and grab that ended up closing a second shop in Jefferson, the crew had been caught and released two times before. The small business folks have requirements, the government does not apparently. The Soldiers caught in this case (both times) most likely had ties to city gangs and saw no reason NOT to try. Afterall, there is no enforcement, why not roll the dice. But someone trying to keep up and keep a business? Damn the torpedos .
The ones that did the smash & grab at Denver's were juveniles from the darker part of Syracuse, in a stolen car...one of which is accused of murder with a stolen gun...NYS will do exactly jack shit to them.

There are Cops that pretend Laws exist that do not, but that's really not the issue here.
The Constitutionality of many Gun Laws is under constant challenge, just takes time to get them through the Courts.
Kennedy was killed in '63 and it took Democrats five more years to get it passed, and was done so exploiting the pseudo-crisis set up by the arbitrary insistence that Oswald assassinated Kennedy with a cheap, mail-order Rifle that he never would have gotten if there were Laws against it, and for those that don't know, the original 4473 required no checks or permissions, just a Form that could be reviewed, and while there were penalties for falsifications, there wasn't a fraction of the ways to check or investigate them....Yes, Guns were cheaper and easier to get back then, lot less crime too.

People will just steal............financial survival includes Jewish lightning, over and over.
He is guilty until proven innocent in this case................he did not secure the shop and purposely shut off the Cameras...............if on a jury, I would have to vote for conviction.
