I think in this case we *will* know in the coming months.
Iran is, for sure, going to dig those out and see for themselves what the damage is first hand.
And they will not be able to keep those secrets.
It will be obvious to the world how effective this was before the end of the year.
If they abandon Fordow, I'd say things were very effective.
If they spend the next 6 months moving heavy excavating equipment in, effective.
If they have scientists and supplies going in by the end of the year, limited effectiveness.
This is a serious problem along with Duel citizenship in the halls of Congress. Huge red flag!!

Problem is, the place could have been empty to start. Iranians are ""claiming"" they have multiple sites that were not hit. no way to confirm that at the moment but given the situation for the last 2 decades its very likely. You dont keep all of your eggs in one basket.
Another problem is that Pakistan and N korea offered to sell them nuclear weapons
Iran is known to have quantity's of 60% enriched Uranium, How much is stock piled and where its at is another unknown. It doesn't take long to enrich to 90% needed from there.
The way it looks to me, good diplomacy or an all out invasion are the only 2 viable options to stop Iran from have nukes in 1 year or less.
As soon as Israel gets wind of other nuclear targets, its going to let loose again, so this aint over yet.

No country in the history of ever has sold a nuke.
Closest is we lease Tridents to the UK. But they are still our missiles, and we can cancel the lease and take them back.
If anyone starts selling nukes they will instantly be on the "can't be trusted with them" list, and you see what happens to your nuke program when that happens.
Why on earth would North Korea or Pakistan *want* to sell nukes to Iran ? How much would you have to charge ? Then why happens when one of your nukes gets *used* by someone ?
Imagine what happens to Pakistan if they sell a nuke to Iran and it ends up getting smuggled into Tel Aviv by Hamas, or the Houthis blow up some port with it ?
