Everyone wants to see them all in cuffs. While I wouldn't mind that either it's not enough, short of punishment a bit more permanent that's commensurate with treason.

But really, how long would their sentences be and how would they be served? You know there would be some protected status granted. You think they'd be in with genpop trying to cozy up as some gangs bitches for protection? Get real.

Even after all that, they'd serve their time and get to go home to their $$$.

So start right there. Strip all of their assets and return it to the people. Make them and their families all paupers. Money is what drives most of them anyway. It seems to be the only thing they understand.

Civil lawsuits could be an outcome of this. It is an area in which Trump has had some success.

Criminal laws don't dissuade them from taking the risk to set their families up for life. Maybe if the risk ran deeper they'd think twice.

If the credo of the patriot is "we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor", then all should be forfeit for the treasonist.

I am mindful of the adage that whatever the left accuses is exactly what they are doing or intend to do.

Heeding that adage it follows that after they built up the whole Russia collusion election interference hoax over 2016, they would be (or were) committing (or planning) their very own election interference in the 2020 steal. I think what Tulsi has disclosed could show breadcrumbs leading the way to the 2020 steal, if the right questions are asked.

So I have questions.

The Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) and the original President's Daily Briefing (PDB) stated that Russia likely was not and did not commit election interference through cyber means.

They go even further to say that they likely did not even have the capability. Note: This was before the election.

Q: What led them to that judgment? What research did they conduct? Investigations? Computer forensics? Testing election network and systems security? Did they test Dominion systems? Other systems? Just how much info did feds collect on state-level election processes and implementation? Why did they conduct it?

Remember states administrate elections, it is their domain. It is not necessarily secret, but it is supposed to be compartmentalized away from the federal gov by design. I don't believe that there is any one federal agency that holds oversight over the 50 states elections. There's the FEC (which was created after Watergate), but it is mainly concerned with campaign finance and it is an independent commission but it doesn't "rule" over them. The grasp the fed does have on state run elections might not be all that granular. Election officials very often operate independently to some degree to maintain election integrity. States all have different rules (and we saw some last minute rules changes among some of them in 2020). Our Founders were smart, they knew the process would not be secure administrated at the federal level.

So just how much did this research/investigation allow them to peer into all these different processes? What was learned that was not previously known? Could what was learned have been exploited? Were they actively looking for exploits?

Was this election integrity assessment all a pretense to get a better look under the hood to take control of elections or did that just present itself as a later opportunity?

President Obama began the conversation by stressing his continued commitment to ensuring that every aspect of this issue is handled by the Intelligence and law enforcement communities “by the book.” The President stressed that he is not asking about, initiating or instructing anything from a law enforcement perspective. It's amusing how the same precedents used to prosecute Trump will be used against Obama...
The Left Cheered for Biden because he was on their Team, but Obama, he was their Hero...he did what even the CIA couldn't, wouldn't do and up until now got away with it.

So it's being pointed out that Biden's Chief of Staff wrote a Memo telling the Auto-pen operator to "approve them all" which sounds to me like a "fuck 'em, we're outta here, not my problem" actions of a disgruntled soon to be ex-employee...professionalism and ethics certainly were not factors in the Biden White House.

Aside from perp walks, handcuffs and more playing out if it ever does as it should in a just world, does anyone believe that the leftist lunatics will cope nearly as well the right should they see Obama's mugshot?

Pissed we were, yeah, but we kept our cool knowing full well that it would otherwise be used against us. You think the left will have the same composure? Not likely. This is why some real consequences need to happen. If it doesn't there is every possibility the right will say screw it - no holds barred, we have nothing left to lose and spiral down to the left's level, especially in light of us currently holding the reins of power. But never doubt the Repub's ability to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

That said, there will be some kind of risk assessment in terms of the path forward.

I wonder what organic impacts (if any) this will have to further weaken the dem party. Reduced registration, donor money, etc. Sure there will always be rabid loyalists that will deny, but there will also be centrists (like Tulsi) that will turn their backs.

Until there are indictments, that is also something to watch.
