If you weren't on the phone, how would you know if the person was put on hold? Just curious. I do not tell a customer, I got put on hold when I called your NICS in. I just find it interesting the NICS system is that busy.
There is a quilt shop just a short distance from us, maybe 3 miles or so. August 17 and 18 is the Thousand Islands Gun Show so we will be gone. Hope to see some of you folks in the shop and at the show.
